- Return Window: 40 days from the delivery date (extended for your convenience).
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Unused Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- For handcrafted items: Light handling is acceptable (e.g., inspecting texture), but avoid stains, odors, or alterations.
- Partial Refunds: Issued if items show excessive wear or damage due to mishandling.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return

- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defective)
Step 2: Approval & Shipping
We’ll respond within 48 business hours with:
- Prepaid label (for defective items only)
Return Shipping Costs:
- Voluntary returns: Buyer’s responsibility.
- Defective/damaged items: Free return shipping (report within 72 hours of delivery).
Step 3: Ship Back
- Securely repackage items to prevent transit damage.

- Ship within 7 days of approval.
3. Refunds
