  1. Return Window: 40 days from the delivery date (extended for your convenience).
  2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  3. Unused Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  4. For handcrafted items: Light handling is acceptable (e.g., inspecting texture), but avoid stains, odors, or alterations.
  5. Partial Refunds: Issued if items show excessive wear or damage due to mishandling.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Email support@gmbhacks.com within 40 days with:

  1. Order number
  2. Product name(s)
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photos (if defective)

Step 2: Approval & Shipping

We’ll respond within 48 business hours with:

  1. Prepaid label (for defective items only)

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. Voluntary returns: Buyer’s responsibility.
  2. Defective/damaged items: Free return shipping (report within 72 hours of delivery).

Step 3: Ship Back

  1. Securely repackage items to prevent transit damage.
  2. Include the original order slip.
  3. Ship within 7 days of approval.

3. Refunds

Method: Refunded to the original payment method.

Timeline:
